【日本国内のお客様へ】

  • 配送料: 日本全国 送料無料 です。

  • お届けまでの日数: オーダーメイド作品として一つひとつ丁寧に仕上げるため、デザイン確定後、通常 7〜14営業日 程度でお届けいたします。

  • 配送方法: 国内の提携スタジオより、追跡番号付きの配送サービスにて安全にお届けいたします。

  • ※天候や配送状況により、前後する場合がございます。

【International Customers】

  • Shipping Fee: We offer Free Worldwide Shipping for all custom portraits.
  • Our Production Network: To ensure the highest quality and fastest delivery, your artwork is crafted and shipped from our strategic production hubs in the USA and other global locations, depending on your destination.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 10-20 business days after the design is finalized. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your masterpiece is on its way.
  • Customs & Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
