利用規約 (Terms of Service)

1. オーダーメイド商品の性質について

当ショップの商品は、お客様から提供された写真を基に作成される「完全受注生産（オーダーメイド）」です。そのため、制作開始後の注文キャンセル、返品、返金は原則としてお受けできません。

2. デザインの承認と修正

  • 制作したデザインの確認をお願いする際、お客様からの承認をいただいた時点で最終確定となります。

  • 承認後の修正や再制作は、別途費用が発生する場合がございます。

3. 写真の著作権と許諾

  • お客様は、当ショップに提供する写真について、正当な使用権限を有していることを保証するものとします。

  • 芸能人、キャラクター、他者が権利を持つ写真など、著作権や肖像権を侵害するおそれのある写真でのご注文はお断り、またはキャンセルさせていただく場合がございます。

4. 免責事項（仕上がりについて）

  • 提供された写真の画質（解像度不足、ピントのズレ等）に起因する仕上がりの不備については、当ショップは責任を負いかねます。

  • デバイスのモニター環境により、画面上の色味と実際の印刷物の色味が若干異なる場合がございます。これは印刷の特性上避けられないものであり、返品の対象外となります。

5. 配送および関税

  • 商品は世界各地の提携拠点から発送されます。

  • 海外配送において発生する関税や輸入税は、すべてお客様（受取人）の負担となります。配送ポリシーをあわせてご確認ください。

6. 準拠法

本規約は日本法を準拠法とし、これに従って解釈されるものとします。

1. Nature of Made-to-Order Products

Since our products are "custom-made" based on photos provided by the customer, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once the production process has begun.

2. Design Approval and Revisions

  • Once you approve the digital proof we provide, the design is considered final.

  • Any requests for revisions after approval may incur additional fees.

3. Copyright and Permissions of Photos

  • By submitting a photo, you guarantee that you have the legal right to use and provide that image to us.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that involve photos infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights (e.g., celebrities, fictional characters, or copyrighted artwork).

4. Disclaimer Regarding Quality and Color

  • We are not responsible for the final output quality if the original photo provided has low resolution, blurriness, or poor lighting.

  • Please note that actual print colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor calibrations and the nature of the printing process.

5. Shipping and Customs

  • Items are shipped from our global network of production hubs.

  • For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
